I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISE) at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. I am also affiliated with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) and the Coordinated Science Laboratory (CSL) at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where I am a member of the Decision and Control group. From 2016 to 2017, I was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Princeton University and WINLAB. I received my Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, during which I spent a summer as a Research Intern at Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs.

My research is centered around understanding/analyzing the complex behaviors in multiagent decision-making systems using tools from control theory, game theory, machine learning, and optimization. My research is supported by the US National Science Foundation CAREER Award and the US Air Force Young Investigator Award, and I am currently serving as an Associate Editor of the Journal of IET Smart Grid.
